5. Revisions & Changes

6. Intellectual Property

7. Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of any work completed up to that point.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Gelson DevWorks is not responsible for website downtime, third-party service failures or indirect damages resulting from site usage.
